WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING IN QUARANTINE

14 days into my self-isolation at home, and I have been making the most of quality family time I missed out on when I was in China for 12 months. And while it pains me to be away from my other half AGAIN, finding things to occupy my time with has luckily not been a problem. I thought it might be nice and beneficial for some to share what I have been doing to stay happy, healthy and positive in isolation in London!

THREE-YEAR PANIC FREE

1,114 days have passed since I had my last panic attack back in 2017 and I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER! Since then, I have completed my time at university, got my degree and graduated, had various jobs, moved to China and back, survived being in a long-distance relationship for a year, travelled to places across Europe and Asia, and moved house 4 times! GO ME!
